Giana Brotherz a.k.a. Chicken, S'Ola and TJ Hookah from Koblenz are Germany's most successful Live-Act and most booked DJ's. They have also played in France, Russia, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary.. They had their first releases ever on Basswerk, and their Basswerk 14 and 15 are sold out, leading the way for a new generation of rave and also heavy metal tunes by surprising everyone with tunes like "Crossed Roots" or "Wüstensturm". Now, after doing many gigs, a new own label, and a release on BC Fresh's Square One label (with very old tunes from them btw.) - they're back on basswerk, and the new record shows the two different styles of rave they stand for.

"Drohne" is a very heavy tune that has been out on Dubplate for quite a long time, but it took a while to find it a proper

place to release. It comes with a heavy halftime-beat break and live scratching in the middle. This is the absolute DJ-Tool filling every floor. "Drohne" is probably their heaviest tune and demands for rave and big speakers, similar to their "Wüstensturm", but even more intense and with more sophisticated production.

"Jump'N Run" is one of their most recent productions and adapts their happy video game style, as the name already states. It's a very simple track sounding "german" electronic and a bit trancy. It follows up their classic "Giana Brotherz" tune.

mastering geht ma gar net..schade eigentlich..kakkt total ab gegen andere platten im set, hoffe ma es liegt nur an den promos

ansonten gefällt mir der tune mit dem scratch break ziemlich gut..leider nicht beschtriftet also einer davon

versteh ich nicht - hast du das auf vinyl?

das ding ist super laut und die drums knallen fett...ausserdem ist das teil bei exchange geschnitten...verstehe deine aussage wirklich nicht . . .

drums bei drohne gehen unter , sorry ist so.
matsch halt.
habs mir auch gerade nochmal angehört deswegen hab ich ja von mastering auf mixdown geändert.
hab sie in ulm am freitag gespielt und musste erst mal gut die mitten reindrehen weil ich auf dem kopfhörer nur noch brei hatte und keinen klaren drumsound heraushören konnte.
da kommt halt kein snare hit durch..
der tune gefällt mir trozdem gut

hab sie auch heut zum ersten mal gezockt. die sind ja beide super schnell laufen so um die null wenn andere platten bei +4bis + 6 laufen.

mastering finde ich auch ein bischen komisch. auf dem mitschnitt von der villaparty klingt jump and run saubere.

beide tracks gefallen mir aber sehr gut besonders jump and run. kam auch heut gleich einer her und wollte wissen was des iss

es liegt eher an der ansicht wie ein gutes drumwork bzw. mixdown zu klingen hat.
