▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒ ▒ ▼▼▼ LINE-UP ▼▼▼ ▷ KLUTE [COMMERCIAL SUICIDE / A BUNCH OF CUTS - UK] https://soundcloud.com/commercialsuicide https://www.facebook.com/commercialsuiciderecords ▷ MC FAVA [COMMERCIAL SUICIDE / SUN AND BASS - FREIBURG] https://www.facebook.com/FavaMC ▷ TIGRA b2b PHADER [VITAMIN BASS / CAPSOLÈ - MUC] https://www.facebook.com/djtigra.dnb https://www.facebook.com/phader.music ▷ CASCO [THE DRUM AND BASS ISSUE - MUC] https://soundcloud.com/casco-dnbissue ▷ ZEBSTER [THE DRUM AND BASS ISSUE - MUC] ▷ CYKLOS [THE DRUM AND BASS ISSUE - MUC] ▷ MC MICOMASSIVE [VITAMIN BASS - MUC] https://www.facebook.com/micomassive VISUAL & LIGHT DESIGN BY ▷ licht+spiel [HARRY KLEIN - MUC] https://www.facebook.com/lichtundspiel ▷ WUCHY [THE DRUM AND BASS ISSUE, URBANGUERILLAS - MUC] ▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒ ▒ Biography Klute: A rebel with a cause, Klute is a truly unique artist and continues to be a vital, creative force in drum & bass after over 15 years in the scene. His productions mix strong melodies with tough beats, bearing the influence of Klute’s roots in punk and techno, and his live-wire DJ sets are known for their energy and intensity. His sixth full-length artist "Music for prophet" was released in 2010, demonstrating once again his diversity and broad appeal with a worldwide tour taking him everywhere from Mexico to Mumbai. In the last 3 years, Klute has focused on his label Commercial Suicide with releases from the likes of Nymfo, Mindscape, Amit, Dom & Roland, & of course Klute himself. Moving into 2013, there will be the seventh Klute studio LP, 'The Draft', and more genuinely important music from Commercial Suicide. Unlike many of his contemporaries, the musical career of Tom Withers began way before the sounds of drum and bass or even hardcore had first emerged. As Tommy Stupid he fronted skate punk outfit The Stupids and took the band on tours of Europe, the USA and Australia during the late 1980s before venturing into electronic music and starting his own solo career. From acid house and techno he made a natural progression into rave and then hardcore before playing his first gigs as a drum and bass DJ around 1996. Throughout his career, he’s always been happy to let his rebel roots show and has never been afraid to buck the trend. His ability to combine a multitude of influences in his music, from techno to thrash to dub, with punk attitude is Klute’s trademark. Klute’s early forays into jungle brought several outings on the seminal Certificate 18 label and a relationship grew that resulted in the release of his first artist album, ‘Casual Bodies’ in 1998. He went on to release a further album ‘Fear of People’ on Certificate 18 in 2000 before seeking a new home following the demise of the label. Initially fearing that no-one else would want to release his music, at time when the scene seemed to dominated by soundalikes and trend followers, Klute went his own way and set up his own imprint. Klute kicked off Commercial Suicide with the genre-defying classic ‘Tranceformat’ in 2001 and set the tone for the label that has since come to be held in the highest regard. Releases from the likes of Calibre, Digital, Spirit, Hive and Juju raised the label’s profile and helped build a reputation for varied output across the spectrum of drum and bass, testing both musical boundaries and the dance-floor. Klute released his third album ‘Lie Cheat & Steal’ in 2003 including guest remixes from Calibre and Keaton, with ‘No One’s Listening Anymore’ following in 2004. In 2006 Klute showed his faith in two of the scene’s most promising artists, Amit and SKC, by putting out their debut artist albums and has continued to support developing artists with a steady stream of releases from the likes of The Upbeats, Break and Ill Skillz. Klute neatly summed up the ethos behind the label, in an interview for DogsOnAcid in February 2008: “My whole purpose is to organically release music I like for the sake of people who like music; not hype and lies.” His most recent artist LP, ‘Music for prophet,’ is arguably Klute’s best to date and gives the fullest representation of his sound across a double CD release incorporating a wide-span of tempos and moods. Klute has crafted an album where every track sounds unique yet all sound unmistakably his own. Combining heart-stopping melodies with deep and deadly beats, the mood moves from melancholic to uplifting in a truly widescreen presentation to appeal a broad base of fans.Since the albums release, Klute turned his focus to further developing his Commercial Suicide label into the accomplished and hugely influential innovative force it has become. "To me drum & bass is a form of music which has always been out on a limb and the tracks that have shocked me are those that have expanded on what went before them, whether that's people using the technology in ways that you're not supposed to or just turning around sounds in different ways. As far as I am concerned people taking chances is the future and I would like to think that my material falls into that category." Recent LP releases on Commercial Suicide from Amit, Nymfo, Mindscape and a score of great singles from the best talent in Drum and Bass have also kept Klute and his label standing firm as one of the tastemaker labels in Drum and Bass. With Klute continuing to steer the hugely influential and innovative label with his DJ sets and impeccable A&R Skills, we can rest assured sure the music is in great hands. Commercial Suicide has commenced an all new residency in 2013 at London super club Fabric and Klute remains one of the core residents of legendary club night A Bunch Of Cuts alongside Calibre, Marcus Intalex, dBridge & Doc Scott. Tours of the USA, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Australia plus numerous gigs at clubs and festivals across Europe, cement Klute firmly and confidently high on the global Drum and Bass scenes essential DJ's to catch. Biography Mc Fava: MC Fava belongs to the “Breakbeat Movement” Cru based in Freiburg. Together they are running their regular event “Jungle Club” since 2001. Fava is a chameleon on the Mic – hosting the official Therapy Sessions Switzerland as resident MC on one day and singing over a liquid set at a Hospitality event the other day. He is what you could call a pretty talented and open minded vocalist. With more than 10 years experience he knows how to support a DJ on the Mic and when to shut up to let the music speak for itself. With gigs all over Europe, highly respected residencies at the legendary Fabric Club, London or Sun and Bass on Sardinia and collaborations with ones like Klute, Seba, B-Complex or Nymfo he is without any doubt one of Germany´s big names on the Mic. His roots go back to EBM, Industrial and Punkrock. Moreover he is the Songwriter, Guitarist and Lead-singer of the 8 piece Skapunk Band “No Authority”. ▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒ ▒ Kranhalle / Feierwerk München http://feierwerk.de/ S7/U4-5: Heimeranplatz / Bus 62/131/N43/N44 Hansapark bzw.
