Hope the summer's treating you well...this weather's too good!

I'm very pleased to tell you that Marcus Visionary, Toronto's lynchpin d&b dj & producer, will be in the UK & Europe again this year... With ‘Gimme Your Love’ on Digital Soundboy entering the BBC Radio One chart at #3 & #4 on the BBC 1xtra chart recently, the Visionary ascent continues and with many exciting releases & remixes lined up for a host of labels and their own Dance Rock and Lion Dubs imprints, expect more killer tracks from these Canadian dons before the end of this year.

Following his successful tour of UK/Europe in February 2006, Marcus returns for more gigs in October 2006, promising to be fully loaded with exclusive dubs from labels Dance Rock, Digital Soundboy, Lion Dubs and many more. With an album in train and many tracks already lined up to do damage, Marcus as a dj definitely brings the party vibes & we’ll be eagerly anticipating what October brings!

sollte jmdn auffallen das der herr n bisschen zu teuer is:
ich komm für n fünftel der gage und brauch weder n hotel noch n flug...dafür spiel ich zwar weniger dubs, dafür aber gerne 2-3 stunden am stück.
wenn ich 3 gigs zusammen hab, nehm ich mir urlaub und mach ne tour draus.

ich glaub nich das man so einfach rechnen kann.

hab das aber mal als anlass zum nachrechnen genommen: ich kenne 12 leute, im schnitt ist die hälfte pleite und ein viertel der hat grade keine zeit.
es würden also ca 3 leute nur wegen mir kommen.
wenn man dann noch die knapp 8 groupies mitrechnet die ich standardmässig mitbringe, hat der veranstalter die erste kiste bier schon so gut wie verkauft.



mal was anderes: wieviele gigs machen eigentlich eine tour? oder rechnet man das in zurückgelegte km??
