Miloopa is a 7 piece live d'n'b collective, one of the most popular polish
groups playing electronic-influenced genres fully live. the music is combined
with nu-jazz downtempo, jungle beats and soulful female vocals.
Shows are accompanied by live-mixed visuals and real time audio mix.
The album Nutrition Facts (released november 2005) and single Cosmic Step
feat. mc Blu Rum 13 were promoted at this years Midem - world music market
in Cannes/France. Miloopa played many great festivals, performed on one
stage with Bahamadia, Dj’s Vadim Russian Percussion Group, Blu rum 13, Us3,
Dj First Rate & Thomas Kelly, German nu-jazz masters Beanfield and lately,
Berlin based label Sonar Kollektiv - Micatone and Forss vs Borg.
The band also has been touring with JoJo Mayer & Nerve,
in 2004 and 2005.
